Terms of Service

1. License grant

When you purchase a license from InstallWise, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software on the number of machines permitted by your plan. The license is bound to the email address used at checkout and to the license key delivered by email.

2. License types

Lifetime / one-time: a perpetual license to the major version purchased. Free updates within that major version. Future major versions may require an upgrade purchase.

Yearly subscription: a one-year license that automatically renews unless cancelled. If the subscription lapses, the key is deactivated until renewal.

3. Payments & refunds

All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not heavily used the software; contact support@installwise.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your license key publicly, resell licenses, or attempt to circumvent activation. Violations will result in revocation without refund.

5. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstallWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
