What we collect

To deliver licenses and provide support, we store: your email address, full name (if supplied), country of purchase, the Polar customer/order/checkout IDs, the licenses we issued you, and a log of online activation checks (IP, timestamp, user agent).

What we don't collect

We do not store credit card numbers or financial details — those stay with Polar. We do not run third-party tracking or advertising on this site.

Why we collect it

(a) to fulfil your purchase and deliver the license key, (b) to enable online activation, (c) to support refunds and subscription billing, (d) to comply with tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Under GDPR / CCPA you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@installwise.com. Note: we may need to retain transaction records to comply with tax law.

Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie when you log into the admin panel or submit a form (CSRF protection). No tracking cookies.
